Robert J. Colaizzi, Esquire

Robert Colaizzi is the firm's Senior Litigator. He is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and brings over thirty years of varied litigation experience in state and federal courts, mediation, and arbitration to the firm. Rob's practice currently includes complex construction matters, and specific types of real estate litigation including environmental disputes, representation of owners and homeowners' associations in disputes over management, finances, construction and receivership and seller disclosure matters.

Rob has successfully settled multiple major cases through mediation and proactive litigation efforts, has successfully argued HOA and zoning cases in appellate courts, and has a docket of many pending jury and non-jury cases for the firm.

Rob's prior experience includes litigation of insurance coverage disputes, estate matters and municipality disputes in trial and appellate courts.
