Biography

Attorney White practices in the areas of Construction & Real Estate Development; Municipal Law; and Oil & Gas matters. Prior to joining Dornish Law Offices, he was the County Solicitor and Risk Management Coordinator for Butler County, Pennsylvania. Attorney White has over twenty-five years' experience in municipal/school law, oil & gas leasing and domestic relations. He has served as a solicitor to dozens of counties, local municipalities, public school districts, foundations and regional utilities. He served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association and was a Contributing Editor for the Pennsylvania School Law Handbook. He also has lectured and been a key note speaker at Oil and Gas forums, seminars and classes. He has contributed articles to the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer magazine.

Attorney White obtained his undergraduate degree from Allegheny College, a Master's Degree from Villanova University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has also done coursework at the London School of Economics and King's College in London, England. He is a graduate of CCAP's Center for Excellence in County Leadership and from the Leadership Shenango program.

Attorney White resides in Mercer and Venango Counties and has three daughters. He is the son of retired State Senator Mary Jo White and Senior Judge H. William White, Jr. In his spare time, he is a NCAA Division 1 football referee and a PIAA Official.
